3D Printing is a great way to teach kids to design, but also be charitable.

Students at a Highschool in Texas have printed out a prosthetic hand for a man who had lost his fingers in an accident the year before. While there have been other 3D printed prosthetic hands, arms and legs that have been created the teacher of these students saw that 3D printing has the potential to not only teach students about 3D design and engineering, but also charity. The choice to go out and help a stranger simply because you have the ability to is a lesson that everyone in the world should know and experience from time to time.
